I would like to hit the reset button!! I haven't officially introduced myself or explained how MYSoulWellness.Shop came to be. My name is Dyuanna, and MYSoulWellness.Shop was born in 2020 from a love story that began long before. In 2016, my sister turned to soapmaking as a way to channel her creativity while fighting breast cancer, and to help cover some of the everyday costs of living with a serious illness. After Arlene made the transition in 2019, I decided to carry on her work, crafting small-batch soap and body butters to tend to the soul, mind, and body.
There were many late-night experiments, and more than a few “oh well, that batch is going in the trash” moments. But, I couldn't help but fall in love with the learning process of formulating natural soaps and butters from traditional ingredients like tallow, plant butters, mineral-rich salts, and herbs—the kind of things our grandmothers and great-grandmothers would have recognized as care, not chemicals. I started small, making melt-and-pour bars and handmade butters at home, hand-pouring and hand-cutting, and whispering little prayers over each batch.
MYSoulWellness.Shop is the grown-up online version of that kitchen experiment: a small-batch apothecary offering intention-infused soaps, butters, salt & sugar scrubs as everyday rituals for soft skin and a calmer, more grounded day. I don’t just want you to “get clean.” I want you to feel tended to. I want your shower to feel like a reset, not a chore.
The DEVA bodycare line honors both my mother, Eva, and my sister Arlene. Every DEVA bar and balm is poured, cut, and labeled by hand in Northeast Ohio in memory of them. These aren’t just products; they are love letters in butter and oil.
When you pick up a DEVA bar or balm, you’re not just buying a product. You’re stepping into a story—mine, my mother’s, my sister's, and your own. You’re choosing to believe that your daily routine is worthy of care, beauty, and intention, even if nobody else ever sees it.
If you’ve been craving a slower, softer way to care for yourself, you’re exactly who I created this space for.
