Is this scrub gentle enough for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
These scrubs are made with simple, skin-loving oils and butters plus finely milled salts and sugars to gently exfoliate; many people with sensitive skin enjoy them, but it’s best to start with light pressure and once-a-week use, and avoid areas with open cuts, active eczema flares, or broken skin.

How often can I use this?
Most people do well using their scrub 1–3 times per week, focusing on rough or dry areas like legs, arms, hands, and feet; daily use is usually too much exfoliation for most skin, especially if you’re already dry or sensitive.

Can I use this on my face?
These scrubs are designed with body skin in mind, which is less delicate than facial skin, so they’re best used from the neck down; if you’d like to try it on your face, use an ultra-light touch, once in a while, and rinse immediately if you notice any stinging or redness.

Will the oils make my skin or tub too oily?
The plant oils and butters in the scrub are there to leave a soft, conditioned finish on your skin, but they can also make the tub or shower floor a little slippery; use a small amount, rinse the area well afterward, and take care when stepping in and out.

Is this safe to use during pregnancy or on kids?
The base of salts/sugars and oils is simple, but some blends contain essential oils; always read the ingredient list, patch-test a small area first, and check with your healthcare provider before using any essential-oil scrub during pregnancy or on children.

How long will one jar last?
How long it lasts depends on how much you scoop out and how often you exfoliate, but for most people using it 1–3 times per week on arms and legs, a jar will usually last several weeks.
